Cleveland School of Cannabis and Lucky Buds Workforce Development Partnership is structured to create industry connections and strong practical education delivered efficiently, accessibly, and culturally responsibly.
Community Outreach
Pre-licensed: Lucky Buds is currently in the application phase and working with local municipalities on developing community-focused initiatives.
Employee Training
The Lucky Buds new hires will receive on-the-job training, as well as opportunities for advancement with our approved higher education partners.
Public Education
We support our local community and the larger cannabis community through outreach and supporting a culture of acceptance. We strive every day to create an environment where cannabis is accepted and celebrated.
Volunteer Time Off (VTO)
Our teams receive their regular compensation for hours spent serving our partnering charities and community organizations.
